The waist for sizes M through XL are elasticized all around.
The outseam is measured from the waist to the ankle.
The shoulder is measured from shoulder to shoulder straight across the back.
The chest is measured one inch below the under arm.
The sleeve is measured from the shoulder to the wrist.
For chest measurements:
Please allow 3 - 4 inches for fitting on sizes M to 4T
Please allow 4 - 5 inches for fitting on sizes 4 to 20H
